Royal Retreat - Private Boardwalk - Shared Pools

Welcome to the Royal Retreat, a beach home designed for relaxing and making memories! This spacious home features 5 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, a well-stocked kitchen and plenty of space to enjoy your stay. Enjoy the best of coastal living with a five-minute walk to the beach via a private neighborhood boardwalk. The neighborhood is golf-cart friendly, making trips to the beach simple and fun for all ages. Guests also have access to four shared community pools and a relaxing hot tub.

The Royal Retreat offers 5 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, sleeping up to 14 guests:

Bedroom 1: Queen bed, TV, closet, bathroom with shared access to the hallway

Bedroom 2: Queen bed, closet, jack and jill bathroom shared with bunk room

Bedroom 3: Bunk room with full over full bunk and twin over twin bunk, closet, jack and jill shared bathroom with Bedroom 2

Bedroom 4: Downstairs master with king bed, TV, closet and en suite bathroom with tub and large walk in shower

Bedroom 5: Upstairs master with king bed, TV, closet and en suite bathroom.

Large living space upstairs. Must be able to walk upstairs, there is not an elevator.

Kitchen is well stocked and includes an oven, stove, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, air fryer and Keurig Duo coffee pot.

The balconies are a great place to hang out and enjoy a meal. The backyard features an outdoor shower to rinse off after a day at the beach, a ping pong table, and corn hole boards for all of your family fun!

The beach is just steps away on a private golf cart friendly boardwalk.

The Royal Sands Community has four shared pools and a hot tub.
