Pros: Really nice apartment with an unbeatable location near the park and great restaurants. 3 minutes from the 1/2/3. Nice balcony and good wifi, with a little kitchen stocked with cookware essentials. Bathroom is recently renovated and nice. Aside from some linens (see below), the place was very clean. In the one conversation I was able to have with the property manager, he was polite and friendly.Cons: The apartment shown in the listing photos is not the apartment we rented. It was comparable so I’m not upset about the price, but it’s a different apartment. When I tried to contact someone to check I was in the right spot, I could not get ahold of anyone at all after check in, either via text, call, or the VRBO app (for the entire 6-day stay). Also, some of the blankets were dirty with Cheeto cheese on them, so I had to get laundry done. I reached out about it but never heard back. Overall a good stay, but I’d double check about communication and laundry in advance.
