Laundry is coin laundry shared with other tenants in this 4 unit building. There is a small private patio that overlooks the large shared yard, and shared grills.

We are about 1-2 miles from pretty much anything in Mendota.

A couple things to be aware of so that they do not negatively impact your stay!:

1. We are in an apartment building (4 unit) so you will hear other tenants from time to time.

2. Laundry is coin laundry and is shared with other tenants. We provide laundry detergent.

3. We provide 2 private, labeled parking spots directly in front of the building. It is important to not park in neighbor's parking spots.

4. The AC is a through-wall AC mounted in the living room, and Heat is from electric baseboard heaters.
