vue magnifique et bel espace interieur

moment très agréable passé en cet appartement. belle vue mer, intérieur simple mais avec tout le necessaire. Equipements cuisine en parfait état. Pour l'été je pense qu'il manquerait de certaines choses sur le balcon pour en profiter avec un famille et un petit coup de nettoyage aux vitres aurait été apprécié. Mais cela n'enlève en rien le confort et l'espace de l'appartement. Accueil Interhome parfait, merci beaucoup! nous y retournerons si nous le pouvons !

Helles schönes Appartment. Ansprechende Inneneinrichtung. Ausgezeichnete Lage am Rande des Feriendorfes Cap Esterel mit Parkmöglichkeiten in der Nähe der Ferienwohnung. Traumhafte Aussicht.

Tolle Sicht, leider mit Abstrichen

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer sehr guten Lage mit einzigartiger Aussicht. Die Wohnung wäre selbst auch sehr schön, wenn mehr Wert auf die Wartungsarbeiten gelegt würde. Die Matratzen im Wohnzimmer waren fürchterlich dreckig, ein Großteil der Stromanschlüsse funktionierte nicht...

Schöne Terrasse, ohne Klima und Wlan

Die Terrasse hat einen unfassbar schönen Ausblick auf die Cote d'Azur, das ist definitiv das Highlight der Wohnung. Die Wohnung und das Mobiliar sind schon älter, immerhin das Hauptbad wurde renoviert. Die Ferienwohnung ist für 4 Personen grenzwertig groß, die Schlafkoje mit dem Etagenbett beklemmend klein. Wir waren im Juli da und wurden von Moskitos zerstochen, da es weder Fliegengitter noch eine Klimaanlage gibt. Diese und verlässliches Intenet haben wir schmerzlich vermisst.

Toller Ausblick

Die Übergabe war gut und unkompliziert. Die Anlage selbst ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Wohnung liegt etwas oberhalb des "Zentrums", was wir sehr gut fanden, da angenehm ruhig und irgendwie auch gepflegter/schöner. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist zweckmäßig und die Mitarbeiter von Interhome vor Ort waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Hervorzuheben ist der Ausblick, dieser ist phänomenal schön! Jederzeit gerne wieder!

Wir haben die Ferien in der schönen Wonung genossen. Leider war für uns niemand vor Ort erreichbar. Wir hätten hier eine Ansprecgsperson bei Fragen / Problemen / Reparaturen erwartet. Das Interhome-Büro war jedoch in unserer 1. Ferienwoche geschlossen. Das finden wir mangelhaft. Sonst alles tipptopp.

Un appartement doté du plus bel emplacement de la résidence avec une vue magnifique sur la baie. Une salle de bain propre et pratique. Mais que le reste de l’appartement est vieux! Électricité à refaire des prises de fonctionnent plus). Une cuisine dans son jus avec un lave -vaisselle qui fuit. Un séchoir à linge des années 70. Un transat cassé. Un logement pour 6 avec une vaisselle pour à peine 4. (3 verres à pied uniquement) Trop cher pour ce que c’est. Je suis déçu. Interhome n’assume pas.

Magnifique emplacement, mais appartement tellement vétuste

Sûrement une des plus belle vue du village Cap Esterel sur la baie d'Agay. Une grande terrasse. Une salle de bain propre. Pour le reste, c'est un peu dans son jus. Beaucoup de prises de courant ne fonctionnent pas (il faut des multiprises) - Une cuisine ancienne - Un lave-vaisselle qui fuit - Un seul bain de soleil cassé et inutilisable. Appartement qui est logiquement pour 6 personnes, mais l'ensemble du matériel n'est pas suffisant pour ce nombre. Exemple 3 verres à pied pour tous. Le gérant se défend de remonter les remarques au propriétaire sans résultat. On avait commandé des serviettes de toilette que l'on a jamais eu mais facturées non remboursées. Un ensemble très mitigé, mais surtout très onéreux pour le résultat (vétusté de l'appartement et la gestion). Dommage car cela pourrait être un magnifique appartement.

What a wonderful view! We’ve spend a great weekend in this nice and clean flat. The place offers everything you need, swimming pools, circus school, tennis, hiking, golf, club for children, different activities every day. Interhome has here a nice and helpful stuff. Thank you Kate
