We’re Matt and Jessica, Albuquerque locals, and we’ve set this place up to be the kind of stay we’d look for ourselves: comfortable, easy, and in a great location.

Located in the NE Heights, one of the city’s safest and most family-friendly areas, you’ll be minutes from restaurants, grocery stores, and parks, with quick access to I-25 to get anywhere in Albuquerque. Old Town and Downtown are about a 10–15 minute drive, so you can explore without spending your whole trip in the car.

Coming for Balloon Fiesta? You’ll be about a 5-minute walk from the Hoffmantown Park & Ride pickup location, one of the easiest ways to get to Balloon Fiesta Park without dealing with traffic or parking.

At the end of the day, it’s a comfortable space to come back to and unwind, with inviting living areas and a fully equipped kitchen.

Jessica made things easy for us and was kind enough to personalize our experience. I had shared we were coming into town to celebrate our Mom’s birthday and on the counter was a very kind note & white ribbon that said “it’s my birthday”. Our Mom wore that ribbon proudly! The beds were very comfortable as was the living room furniture. We didn’t spend a lot of time outside due to the 100 degree temperatures but the backyard was very nice with ample patio furniture. The location was perfect for us. We will definitely consider staying there again in the future.

We love this neighborhood because it strikes a great balance. It’s quiet and comfortable, but still close to everything you need. You can easily get to restaurants, grocery stores, and parks, and it’s simple to get anywhere else in Albuquerque from here.

What makes this property unique

What sets this place apart is how easy and comfortable it is to stay here. The layout works well for families or small groups, with multiple bedrooms and space to relax, plus a fully equipped kitchen for keeping things simple. The location is another big advantage, you’re close to everything you need, with quick access around the city.

For Balloon Fiesta, being about a 5-minute walk to the Hoffmantown Park & Ride is a huge plus and one of the easiest ways to get to the event without dealing with traffic.
