Belle vue et bien placé

Bien équipé, pour des vacances de 3 semaines un lave-linge serait appréciable. Proche du village et des piscines. Petite salle de bains avec baignoire.

Catastrophe

Appartement niet schoon, diverse zaken stuk of half stuk, diverse lekkages etc. Separaat een officiële klacht ingediend bij Interhome, duurt echter tot 6 weken voordat er een antwoord is Eerste opvang door lokale staf erg goed, maar 80% van de klachten konden natuurlijk niet verholpen worden

Séjour à AGAY

Le descriptif est conforme, la vue sur mer est superbe. En revanche, dommage qu'à l'issue de 8 heures de route nous n'ayons pas pu profiter de la terrasse qui était sale ainsi que tout le mobilier qui la composait. C'est regrettable qu'il ai fallut nettoyer celle-ci avant de pouvoir en profiter.

Anreise und Wohnung

Bereits die Anreise verlief schlecht, da die Ferienanlage namentlich nicht vollkommen korrekt genannt wurde & wir uns nicht sicher waren, ob wir überhaupt am richtigen Ort sind. Die Rezeption konnte uns nicht helfen & schickte uns 17.30 Uhr zu interhome nebenan. Da war geschlossen & die Email mit Code für den Safe erhielten wie nicht. Auch telefonisch war keiner erreichbar. Zum Glück schafften wir es doch irgendwie in die Wohnung & mussten die erste Nacht ohne Handtücher, Bettwäsche verbringen.
