Very beautiful, cosy, very comfortable terraced house "Residencia La Perla". In the resort 4 km from the centre of Dénia, from the sea, 700 m from the beach. For shared use: 2 swimming pools (seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Unconventional pool shape. Children's pool, slide, outdoor shower, children's playground. Private: property with lawn, parking at the house. Shop 300 m, supermarket 900 m, restaurant 400 m, bar 450 m, bus stop 800 m, railway station 6 km, ferry 6 km, sandy beach "Playa de les Bovetes" 700 m. Sports harbour 4.5 km, marina 4.5 km, sailing school 700 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
