Why they chose this property
Riverside has a small town feel but is centrally located to all the amenities that Kansas City has to offer. The neighborhood is friendly and residents are kind and helpful.
What makes this property unique
One level living for 3 beds and 2 baths on main floor with “tree house” type private deck entrances off Master and dining room. 1 bedroom and full bath with walkout basement to patio. Plenty of sitting areas. New high thread count bedding and pillows. Automated theatre type recliners in main area. Surround sound system. Jacuzzi tub in master bath. Plenty of storage and hanging space. Will provide steamer for clothes, washer and dryer with soap. Will leave cooking oil and butter for meals and some spices. Non-flare infrared grill on deck. Filtered Water and ice maker in fridge. No highway noise but close to interstates and safe community. Walking distance to food, parks, pool and trails.
