This 2-bedroom, 1-bathoom retreat is just one mile to the gorgeous Cape May beaches and is situated on a large private lot with a brand-new pool, wonderful tree cover, patio and deck.Wake to sun streaming into the breakfast nook, relax in the charming living room, and cook in the well-appointed kitchen. Enjoy your morning coffee on the screened-in front porch. Step outside to your own private oasis and take advantage of the large fenced-in back yard and sun deck, complete with comfortable Adirondack chairs, dining table, umbrella, and Weber gas grill, all surrounding your beautiful private pool.This fully furnished home features a bright, open layout with a modern stylish design and comfortable finishes throughout. With a queen bedroom and a second bedroom with two sets of bunk beds, the living room also offers a king sofa bed for additional sleeping options. Bathroom has a tub with shower.Enjoy a welcoming living space with central A/C, WiFi and Smart TV, along with a fully equipped kitchen that includes a full-size refrigerator, gas stove and oven, dishwasher, microwave, Keurig, and all cookware and dining essentials. The dining area seats six, with additional seating at the kitchen island- perfect for gathering after a day at the beach.You can park in the private driveway, large enough for two cars. This property does not supply linens. Tenant must provide their own linens. Pillows and blankets provided. An optional heated pool fee is available if you would like the pool to be heated.
