Enjoy a cozy private lower-level retreat in the charming Takoma neighborhood of Washington, DC. This stylish space features a comfortable bedroom, inviting lounge area with TV, and a convenient kitchenette.
Please be aware that, as noted in the listing description, this is a family home with young children, so there may be some daytime noise. However, it’s usually very quiet at night. We just like to make sure our guests are aware of this before their stay so there are no surprises.
Guests have a full private bathroom with shower and a separate private entrance, offering a peaceful and independent stay.
Located just minutes from Takoma (Red Line) and Fort Totten Metro stations, with a bus stop nearby, you’ll have easy access to downtown DC. You’re also close to gyms, shopping, and restaurants for added convenience. Assigned parking is included.
The hosts live upstairs and respect your privacy. You may occasionally hear light daytime noise, but the home is kept quiet at night for your comfort.
