Right on the edge of the national park. Supermarket and petrol station nearby plus a few restaurants. Bathroom was massive. Host and his family were super kind and helpful. Would stay here again

Short German break

The property is situated in a beautiful area on the German and Belgium border. Great for walking but we also used the property as a base for the Belgium F1 race, a stunning 40 minute drive to the track. The property itself is stunning with all facilities you could require for a break. The kitchen is well equipped and the 2 bathrooms is a bonus. Really enjoyed our stay.

Quiet and Nice

If you are looking to hike in the Monschau region, it is a great place. It is a few hundred meters from a trail, which leads around a lake and into the woods. Comfortable bed, large bathtub and a cozy feel. The landlords are next door and friendly.

Ein Volltreffer! Sehr nette Gastgeber, die uns herzlichst an der Ferienwohnung begrüßt haben. Wir sind als Paar mit einem Hund angereist, der sich frei auf dem großzügig umzäunten Grundstück bewegen konnte. Die Räumlichkeiten sind ausgezeichnet. Es ist alles, wirklich alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Die Wohnung ist riesig, aufgeräumt und ohne wirklichen Makel. Roland, im wahrsten Sinne ein geborener Nationalpark-Ranger war wie die gesamte Familie stets hilfsbereit und die besten Tipps hatte der Ranger, wenn es um Wanderrouten und Einkehrmöglichkeiten oder andere Dinge ging. Seine Geschichten sind erlebenswert. Die Lage ist ideal für Ausflüge mit Start an der Wohnung (z.B. zur Perlenbachtslsperre) und mit dem Pkw ist man schnell in den umliegenden Orten. Wer hier nichts findet, ist Fehl am Platze. Die Unterkunft und die Gastgeber sind bestens zu empfehlen.

We hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad met mooi weer. We konden heerlijk in de zon zitten en ook in de schaduw als het te warm was. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien en heerlijk koel.Er is volop gelegenheid om in de buurt wandeltochten te maken.Gastvrijheid staat hoog in het vaandel

Sehr schönes Apartment. Reichlich Platz und alles vorhanden was man für ein velängertes Wochenende braucht. Super Anreisetipps und eine perfekte Wegbeschreibung waren inklusive. Zum Empfang gab es von der Vermieterin eine schnelle und sehr greundliche Einweisung in das wichtigste. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen

Nous avons passé un parfait séjour. Le logement est tel que décrit dans l'annonce. Tout est parfait. Très propre, hôtes super accueillants avec de bon conseil pour des balades aux alentours. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut dans le logement, avec un extérieur agréable pour jouer avec son chien ou boire un verre.Nous recommandons à 100% et n'hésiterons pas à y retourner pour explorer un peu plus la région.

Wir hatten einen rundum gelungenen Aufenthalt in diesem schönen Ferienhaus in Höfen bei Monschau . Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, gemütlich und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Besonders gefallen hat uns der Ausblick ins Grüne sowie die ruhige Lage – perfekt zum Abschalten.Die Altstadt von Monschau ist absolut sehenswert. Die Gastgeber waren äußerst freundlich, hilfsbereit und stets erreichbar, falls Fragen aufkamen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und können das Ferienhaus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

Eifel zum Wohlfühlen

Ende Mai waren wir zum Wandern 6 Tage in Höfen. Roland und Tanja haben uns herzlich empfangen. Die Räumlichkeiten waren top, die Einrichtung perfekt. Küche mit den Elektrogeräten sozusagen neuwertig, Föhn, Schminkspiegel (nur mal als Beispiel) - alles vorhanden. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis für ein komplettes Haus top. Roland stand uns mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Von seinen Erzählungen und Ratschlägen konnte man nicht genug bekommen. Wir haben uns sehr zu Hause gefühlt. Zur Ginsterblüte haben wir tolle Wanderungen erlebt. Morgens wurden wir vom Fuchs auf der benachbarten Wiese begrüßt. Urlaub in der Natur. Wir kommen wieder.

Besinnliche Weihnachten

In zwei Worten: einfach großartig! Wir sind mit fünf Erwachsenen und zwei Hunden hier eingekehrt und sind wunschlos glücklich abgereist. Die Lage ist herrlich ruhig, für Hundebesitzerinnen ideal. Die Gastgeberinnen sind sehr zuvorkommend, die Räumlichkeiten absolut sauber, top ausgestattet und geräumig. Für uns als Familie war es herrlich, dass wir so Weihnachten zusammen verbringen konnten. Das ist nicht selbstverständlich.

Perfekte, hundefreundliche Ferienwohnung

Wir waren übers verlängerte Wochenende mit unseren 3 Hunden in Höfen zu Gast und haben uns in der schönen Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war alles vorhanden, was wir brauchten. Die Hunde konnten im großen Garten laufen und wir haben die gute Ausstattung der Wohnung sehr geschätzt. Roland hat uns tolle Tipps für Touren und Besichtigungen gegeben. In Höfen haben wir sehr gut in der alten Molkerei zu Abend und im alten Eifelhaus Kuchen gegessen. 5 Sterne und danke, dass wir hier sein durften!dass wir geschätzt.

Zeer goed bevallen!

Wij zijn samen met onze hond verbleven. Wij en onze hond werden hartelijk verwelkomt door de gastvrouw en gastheer. De hond kon heerlijk in de tuin (weide) rennen. Ook is er te tijd genomen om met ons wat wandelroutes door te nemen waar wij ook dankbaar gebruik van hebben gemaakt. Verder is het appartement schoon, groot en van alle gemakken voorzien.

Super Lage, perfektes Grundstück und Ferienhaus

Man bekommt für einen günstigen Preis ein schönes, renoviertes Ferienhaus mit 2 Parkplätzen direkt davor und großem, geschlossenem Grundstück, auf dem der Hund sich wunderbar austoben kann, wenn er es nicht schon auf den zahlreichen Wanderwegen getan hat, die teilweise nur wenige Minuten entfernt sind. Auch Monschau ist nur 5 Autominuten von dem Ferienhaus entfernt. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und unkompliziert.
