Wir waren das 2 mal hier, und erneut positiv überascht. Der Bungalow ist gut ausgerüstet und sauber. Personal allgemein sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Mittlerweile ist ein TV installiert, und das Wlan läuft passabel. wir erlebten 2 Wochen erholsame und erlebnisreiche Ferien, und kommen nächstes Jahr gerne noch ein 3 mal. Die Mängel von 2022 sind leider noch nicht behoben? Alle Pfannen in der Küche sind für den Induktionsherd nichr geeignet. Alle Pfannen dekekt. Schwarze Farbe löst sich ab.

Sehr sauber, gute Lage, schöne Anlage!

Das Campingplatz ist sehr gepflegt und bietet einen großzügigen Pool, ein Restaurant und einen Spielplatz. Die Lage ist perfekt um die Gegend zu erkunden. Die Leitung spricht im Grunde fließend deutsch, was die Verständigung sehr vereinfacht. Unsere Cabin war sehr sauber, funktionell und hatte einen sehr großen Balkon.

Eine Glasscheibe zur Terrasse zersplittert, mit einer Spanplatte notdürftig zugenagelt. Viele Glasscherben. Ohne gutes Schuhwerk hätten wir den Bungalow nicht betreten können. Sie entschuldigten sich, gaben an, nach Saisonende werde alle repariert. Hätten uns dafür wenigstens eine kleine Preisreduktion gewünscht. Abgesehen davon sehr schön.

Vacances au Tessin

Très beau bungalow propre et bien aménagé pour 4 personne. La literie est confortable. Avoir la clim est super en été. On a bien profité de la terrasse du bungalow et les enfants du petit jardin autour. La piscine est très bien et pas trop froide. Les enfants on adorés jouer au parc de jeu. Et le personnels est très aimable et à notre écoute. Cet une endroit où on va revenir

Schönes Bungalow

Das Bungalow war wie erwartet von den Fotos. Es gab sogar einen TV ond ein Schüfeli und Bäseli. Da wir mit Kleinkindern gereist sind und unsere eigenen Reisebtten mitgenommen haben waren wir sehr froh, dass sie uns die zwei Betten aus den Zimmer nahmen. So hatten wir Platz für die Reisebetten. Das Personal was sehr freundlich. Das Kinderpool was etwas tief aber das haben wir so erwartet. Und leider gibt es keinen Sandkasten. Wir haben dann auf dem Kiesweg gespielt was auch oke war. War schön

toller Aufenthalt

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche auf dem Camping. Das Bugalow war sehr schön auch das Essen im Restaurant hat vorzüglich geschmeckt. Nette und zuvorkommende Mitarbeiter. Wir hatten wirklich eine schöne Zeit und kommen gerne wieder. Meine Kids waren happy und wären gerne noch geblieben.

Die Unterkunft war gut ausgerüstet und sehr sauber. Für uns als Familie war die Unterkunft bestens geeignet. Die gesamte Anlage ist ansprechend und sauber. Der Pool war für unsere Familie der Hit. Das gesamte Personal, inkl. Restaurant, war sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit.

Neuer Bugalow

Neuer Bungalow mit grosser Veranda und Kunstrasen davor. Der Platz im Bungalow ist knapp, aber zweckmässig genutzt. Die Küche ist modern. Die vorhandenen Kochutensilien erlauben nur das Zubereiten einfacher Gerichte. Im Oktober war es angenehm ruhig auf dem Campingplatz. Das Wi-Fi Signal war oft zu schwach. Praktisch: MiniMarket und Restaurants in Gehdistanz.

Mobilhome im Camping Isola

Sind positiv überrascht. Empfang und Schlüsselübergabe war sehr freundlich. Wir wurden zum Bungalow geführt, und alles wichtige wird uns gezeigt und erklärt. Während dem ganzen Aufenthalt war die Person an der Rezeption sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Also insgesamt eine erfreuliche und erholsame Woche erlebt. Evtl. buchen wir nächstes Jahr wieder. Mängel: Es ist kein TV installiert. zwei Pfannen sind defekt. Abdeckung Geschirrspüler fehlt. WLAN überlastet und sehr langsam.

Geschirrspüler schon länger defekt. Am Freitag gemeldet (war schon bei "Vormieter" defekt), bis Mittwoch keine Reparatur, Entschuldigung oder Nachricht das es gemacht wird... Reduktion/Reklamation muss über Interhome abgewickelt werden. Campinganlage sehr alt und klein. Bungalow neu und gut gereinigt. Leider kein "Bäseli und Schüffeli" in Bungalow. Poolanlage wird öffentlich genutzt. Umgebung dürfte mehr gepflegt sein. WLAN funktioniert nicht, reklamieren nützt nichts.

Parkplatz bei unserem Bungalow war nicht neben dem Haus. Mussten weiter weg auf unbefestigtem Untergrund parkieren.Man hatte immer schmutzige Schuhe im Auto. Kein TV, kein Safe, kein Besen und Schaufel, kein Staubsauger, keine Weingläser. Auf der Terrasse ein Tisch für 2 Personen, Besuch empfangen war nicht möglich. Liegestuhl am Pool kostet pro Tag SFR 5.-, Pool war schmutzig. Reisten früher nach Hause, Kurtaxe wurde nicht zurück erstattet.
