Why they chose this property

My late mother and father moved to this home in the 70's. They lived there until they passed.

“Pearl’s Eat and Rest is named after the former resident of the house, Pearl. A grandmother who smothered family with good food and a place to relax. It was the place where nobody had to worry about a thing because she made you feel welcome. Come stay with us to experience the best of Fayetteville, the comfort of a cozy home, and the spirit of down-home living.”

The home has been remodeled and updated throughout to provide a refreshing feel, with smart tv's, hi speed internet wifi, comfortable beds and a relaxing covered deck with table/ chairs and new propane grill.

What makes this property unique

We are new but you will not be disappointed with this property. Spacious home with 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, laundry room, nice family room/office area/tv viewing area on the lower level. The spacious fenced backyard allows for many activities for the family. We are just starting in the short term rental business and hope to add more amenities as we grow. Freshly remodeled with new beds, sectional sofa, smart tvs and high speed wifi.

The Kitchen has the utensils needed to prepare any meal and the appliances include an Oster toaster oven, Sharp microwave with convection oven/air fryer. Regular toaster and a new Cuisinart Coffee Center with both individual and 12 cup carafe options. Coffee pods and cream/sugar provided for guests. A selection of spices and olive oil available as well.

New dishwasher and new washing machine to make your stay more pleasant and efficient.

Covered Deck with table and 6 chairs for relaxing in the fresh air as you perhaps grill lunch or dinner on the new propane BBQ grill.

Motion lighting on steps for added safety inside and out.

I have tried to make the home as comfortable as possible and do hope you will find it enjoyable and relaxing. My daughters and I want to honor my mother/their grandmother's life and legacy as a devoted school teacher for 67 years in the classroom. She touched thousands of lives in her career and now her home can enable many others to enjoy the peace and relaxation that she enjoyed there for many years.

Please let me know if there is anything I can do to improve the unit as you stay and enjoy the facilities.
