Fantastic getaway. Updated end unit chalet in the wonderful Heights plan at Hidden Valley. No matter what season it is there is something to do (ski, tubing, golf, swimming, tennis, playgrounds, biking, hiking) The property was updated in January 2017. During the ski season shuttle bus from chalet parking to lodge. You will not be disappointed, the laurel mountains await your visit.

My family absolutely loved this place! It was a short stay on a long road trip and all the small touches meant so much. From ice in the freezer, to laundry detergent and toiletries already available, and a fan in every room!

This rental gets a bad review because they falsely listed that the property has AC when. It does NOT. Needed AC because the loft that has 3 twin beds needed AC. They had 3 fans that were very dusty and 2 of the 3 didn't work. I communicate with the owner about the AC and she ghosted me after she told me it didn't have AC.. Only to continue the conversation after I contacted VRBO and they cancelled my stay after I waited 2 hour for the host to respond. Which per above she didn't. VRBO reps were amazing, quick and helpful. I received refund and was alloted by VRBO money to find another place. I understand this area might not need AC most times but this weekend it did and she intentionally falsely advertised. She even had on the checkout paper hanging on fridge that in summer time turn off AC when in the chalet there has never been AC because there are no vents or themestat to control one. For the 2 hours we waited while sitting on couch there was an odor of musk. You had to gingerly open and close back screen door because it would come off the track, along with the tear on screen. When I reached out to let owner know, her response was no one ever complained before. And as a home owner myself I was just letting her know what was damaged as per what we are supposed to do so we don't get blamed for that damage.
