The home was perfect! Exactly as advertised, was perfect for our stay. We loved the location, it’s only a short walk to all the best places in town. Check in and out was very easy and they were even okay with us checking in a few minutes early! I cannot say enough about how thankful we are for the hospitality. We will definitely be booking here in the future!

The cutest Vrbo in Franklin! Host was responsive, provided great recommendations, and accommodated an early check in. The place was clean and cozy. It was right off of the main street so we got to enjoy some evening walks around town :) Be sure to check out Wild Geese Bookstore and the farm stand right around the corner from the Vrbo!

Just the most cheerful place! Wonderful covered front porch with rockers, comfortable living room, bedroom and full of thoughtful touches. Franklin is a treasure trove of Victorian and early 20th architecture. And host so ready with suggestions. Would absolutely book again.

Where to begin?! This was a great 1st time experience. The shower had great pressure. The bed slept well.The kitchen was a real treat. Basic cooking and serving dishes were provided. We were able to prepare meals .Definitely would be a returning customer.

Great location. We were near so many shops and restaurants. Very clean apartment. Decorated really cute. Bathroom had full size bottles of soap and shampoo/conditioner. We were pleasantly surprised to see there was a can of coffee with filters to start off our day. Then we enjoyed sitting out on the front porch relaxing. Bed was comfortable. Our host was very responsive and very kind to work with. She had great restaurant suggestions. Only negative thing I would mention is the couch is very ‘fluffy’ and for us 70 year olds it took a bit to get out of it. We really enjoyed our first time in Franklin and so glad we found the Howdy Inn
