This townhouse brings high-design "Scandinavian-chic" to the quiet, wooded pockets of Colchester. The open-concept living area, anchored by forest-green bouclé and geometric art, creates a clean, crisp atmosphere for the modern family to regroup after a day on Lake Champlain, or a bike ride down the Colchester Causeway.

This property sleeps up to eight guests, perfect for families! There are two bedrooms in this unit, along with a full pull-out mattress in the living room. The primary bedroom sleeps two and contains a queen bed, and the second bedroom sleeps up to 4 with a bunk bed - twin mattress on top, full on bottom, and twin trundle mattress underneath.\

Mady was a wonderful host. Prompt responses, plus very good about checking in too. The location was worked well for us, and the space itself is lovely - very clean, comfortable and usefull amenities.

For my stay in the Burlington area, I wanted to be in an attractive peaceful setting within a short drive to the waterfront, downtown and the airport. I searched for a place that felt new and spacious inside, with tasteful decor. This beautiful townhouse definitely fit that description in every respect! Mady was a warm and hospitable host. Her responses to my questions were quick, articulate and informative. It seemed like she had truly thought of everything I might need for my stay! The place was super clean and comfortable, in a nice neighborhood where I enjoyed a long afternoon walk. Five stars for this property and the host!

The unit is located on a major roadway which was unexpected. When we went to wash our dinner dishes the sink drain pipe was not connected and caused a major water mess under the sink. There was water damage under the sink suggested that this had happened before. There is no access to a waher/dryer unit so we were out of towels and needed to request more. The deck had a large broken propane grill on it so we were unable to use the deck.

The location is lovely, but for the price, the bed and bedding was subpar. The water pressure was also terrible. The host was very responsive, and the internet worked great (important as Vermont has pretty poor cellular reception, for us). Everything was clean and fine, it was just very expensive for what it was.
