Casa Montgó with 2 bedrooms with beautiful mountain views in Denia

This private villa is situated in a very quiet area on the Montgó mountain of Dènia, with a fantastic view of the great Montgó. The house has a bright living-dining room with flat screen TV (satellite and Spanish TV available), a usable wood-burning fireplace and even a Bose speaker for listening to music. Two bedrooms, both with air conditioning hot/cold, a bathroom with shower and washing machine. A fully equipped kitchen with everything you need, fridge with ice compartment, coffee machine, coffee pad, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, etc. But that's not all, the beautiful, Mediterranean garden completes the whole offer. You have a typical Spanish terrace (protected from the wind) with a wood/charcoal brick barbecue, so that nothing gets in the way of long barbecue evenings. In addition, there is a beautiful private pool of approx. 8x4m, 5 sun loungers, a hot/cold outdoor shower and plenty of privacy. There is also a tumble dryer in the basement. There is also enough space for your cars at the entrance of the house, where you can park up to 2 cars.

On the day of your arrival we will go with you to the electricity meter and we will write down the reading and on the day of departure the same.
Internet is available free of charge.
We would like to inform you that all reservations do not include bed linen and towels. We offer an additional (optional) service for bed linen and towels for only 20 € / person. We are also happy to offer additional pool towels for 10 € extra.
A deposit of 200 € by cash/card must be paid as well.
If you bring your little dog you should know that there is an extra cleaning fee of 50 €.
