This lovely home sits right alongside the famous New River Trail and the magnificent New River. It is fenced for your privacy......and has lots of space for you and your guests to spread out and enjoy each other's company or find some alone time inside in one of the comfortable living spaces inside or on the large back patio overlooking a picturesque view of the River and its surroundings. Watch for wildlife - even Eagles as you relax with a coffee in the morning or enjoy your meals outside with the family! Take a walk or a bike ride along the trail. This home with a large family Hot Tub overlooking the River is your home away from home and the stress of everyday life. A real VACATION destination! 
Beautiful and picturesque historic Mill Town located on the popular New River.
there are a few bicycles on the premises, but you can also find New River Outdoor  Adventures in town to rent Kayaks, tubes, bikes and fishing supplies. (276)237-8823.



 The yard is fenced for your privacy and security for small children as well as your family pet/dog. Up to 2 dogs ..... under 50 lbs please ....will be secure within your view. The driveway can accommodate several vehicles so no worries about parking.
