Booking Requirements:
1. Minimum Booker Age: 25 The primary booker must be 25 years of age or older at the time of reservation and check-in. A valid government-issued photo ID matching the VRBO profile name is required and will be verified prior to or at check-in. Reservations made by anyone under 25, or where the ID does not match the booking profile, will be canceled without refund.
2. ID Verification Required All registered guests aged 18 or older must provide a valid government-issued photo ID prior to check-in. The primary booker is responsible for providing IDs for themselves and all adult guests in the party. Failure to provide ID for any adult guest will result in denial of entry without refund.
3. No Parties, Events, or Gatherings — $1,000 Violation Fee Parties, events, and gatherings of any kind are strictly prohibited on the premises. This includes but is not limited to: - Any gathering exceeding the registered guest count on the reservation - Gatherings involving loud music, amplified sound, or noise audible beyond the property line - Events of any nature including birthdays, bachelor/bachelorette parties, graduations, reunions, or celebrations
Violation of this rule will result in: - Immediate termination of the reservation without refund - A $1,000 violation fee assessed as liquidated damages to cover additional cleaning, noise mitigation, neighbor remediation, and administrative costs associated with the breach - Recovery of any additional damages, fines from the Town of Ocean City, or HOA/condo association penalties incurred as a result of the violation
The property is monitored by exterior security cameras and indoor decibel-level noise monitors (no audio recording, no interior cameras). Evidence from these devices will be used to document violations.
