Our cleaner left a rag in the shower and personal water bottles in the fridge, several small things, but exactly the kind of details that shouldn't slip on arrival. We've since restructured our turnover process with a post-clean walkthrough and a written checklist to make sure this isn't repeated. On the lower level and entry: your feedback prompted real changes. The basement bedroom is a real sleeping space and is photographed in the listing, but you're right that the surrounding unfinished area wasn't represented. We're adding photos of the unfinished basement area and the entry steps to the listing so expectations are clear up front, and we're outfitting the unfinished space with workout equipment to make it genuinely usable.
