Beautiful Bradenton Home in quiet neighborhood!! We recently stayed at this spacious home and couldn't have been more impressed. Open concept kitchen, great size living/dining areas, 3 excellent size bedrooms and a great sunroom on the back of the home with lots of natural light. Off of the sunroom, walk out to a small patio with grill, table, chairs which opens up to a very nice size yard, perfect for entertaining! In addition, home has a garage with all your beach necessities (beach chairs, beach cart, umbrellas, coolers and more), bikes along with washer/dryer.Home was very clean and can easily sleep up to 8-10 people comfortably. Plenty of bath and beach towels in each room in closets.Host's John and Hilda were absolutely AMAZZING and made us feel right at home from the start. Any questions we had they were super responsive via text/mobile answering right away. In addition, they provided many great recommendations regarding nearby (5-10mins) beaches, restaurants, attractions and grocery stores.The most impressive part of this home is it's proximity (10-12mins) to some of the most beautiful beaches (Coquina Beach, Manatee Beach, Holmes Beach) Anna Maria Island has to offer. Plenty of great restaurant options on AMI to chose from - some of our favorites - Beach House Waterfront Restaurant, The Sandbar Restaurant, The Waterfront Restaurant & The Ugly Grouper.We can't thank hosts, John and Hilda enough for making our Bradenton/AMI experience brilliant! Great location near amazing beaches! The house is perfect for 3 couples or a family with a couple of kids. The hosts were very responsive and provided everything we needed for the beach, including chairs, table, umbrella, cooler, etc. It was a really fantastic area surrounded by beaches and nice little main streets with bars, shops, and great food! If you stay here, be sure to check out more than one beach - they all have their own different vibe. We will be staying here again.

We had a fantastic time at this property. The home was spotless, incredibly comfortable, and exactly as described.
