Lovely spot for a family vacation. Enjoyable outdoor areas in the front (ocean/Santa Barbara view) and the backyard with privacy for dining. The park across the street was very nice and steps to the beach. We enjoyed kayaking and long walks to the wharf and funk zone. Amenities were very nice and comfortable. Parking was easy, nice neighborhood. Would definitely like to stay again.

The location of this house is amazing! Right across the street from the beach and walking distance to many restaurants and amenities. The house is beautiful and well laid out for 6-8 people. The outdoor space (front and back) are amazing spaces to enjoy the great weather in Santa Barbara. Thank you for an awesome trip!

Very WalkableGreat place. Easily walked to beach, dinner and coffee (recommend Dart coffee, Marina). Used maid service, not cheap, but absolutely worth it. Five stars.

The location of this fresh, clean, and comfortable home was a perfect fit for our needs! Lynn was a gracious host and welcomed us with a hand-written message, bottled water in the fridge, and fresh flowers! We appreciated the off-street parking for our mid-sized SUV. It's a narrow driveway with a retaining wall on one side. It would be tight for a larger vehicle. Our 4 night stay went by too quickly! We'll want to stay longer next time!

Wow!  The views at this place are so pretty.  We were expecting views, but were surprised.  House is super clean - recent remodel? - and beds were comfortable. We spent most of the time in the front yard in the sun and chilling. Back yard was your typical, we loved the firepit and covered living area.  My daughters enjoyed the one bedroom with the Giraff painted by Grace Fisher and also walking to the beach. They provide boogie and some beach chairs/umbrella.

Such a lovely property with spectacular views of the harbor and ocean from the front of the house and literally across the street from a huge park with steps to the beach. We took our morning coffee down what looks to be a surfer path and sat and watched the waves each morning. SO peaceful. I was a little worried about the proximity to the street but we didn't really notice the sound of cars at all. The house is immaculate and well appointed and it accommodated 8 of us really well. The back yard is beautiful and spacious with a fire pit and a hot tub and an outdoor hang out area that is shaded and was a great place for my brother in law to nap after wine tasting. I cannot wait to go back!

Stayed here with family. We loved it. Close proximity to everything we wanted to do (parks, museums, beach, downtown restaurants). Renovated interior, kitchen has everything you could need including coffee/sugar/creamer. Very very clean and renovated bathrooms with clean soft towels and shampoo/conditioner/body wash/bar soap. Two or three bedrooms had TVs. Every mattress was different so everyone can probably find something that works for them. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

This property is literally steps from a lovely secluded beach that seems to be frequented by locals and is very quiet. It’s such a spectacular view from the front yard and our birthday celebration in the spacious back yard was just lovely. Cannot recommend this place enough.

We had a great stay at this beach house in Santa Barbara! The hosts were wonderful and communication was fantastic. The house was not only clean and well stocked, but also bright and comfortable! We had everything one could need for a good stay. We cooked breakfast in the kitchen each morning and played games on the dining room table with dessert every evening. We would get takeout for lunch and eat out on the patio and really enjoyed the backyard. The beds and linens were comfortable and we had plenty of room to spread out between the inside of the house, front yard, and backyard. It really is spacious! The hosts even graciously let us stay a little past checkout so my 95 year old Grandmother could rest longer before taking the train home. Thank you for a wonderful stay and I highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a nice relaxing spot to stay in Santa Barbara.
