The 2-room holiday apartment 02, located between the Baltic Sea and the Bodden (50 square metres, max. 2 adult guests), has separate living and sleeping areas. The living room features a sofa, table, and chairs, a flat-screen TV, and a modern kitchenette. It is equipped with a ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, refrigerator, and microwave.

The large bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed, nightstands, and a wardrobe.

The apartment has Wi-Fi. The bright and modern bathroom features a sink, shower, towel warmer, and toilet, and is flooded with natural light.



Welcome to the Baltic Sea resort of Sellin!

Our two newly built holiday apartments in Sellin are located on the ground floor of a beautiful residential building. The property is situated in a quiet location in the heart of Alt-Sellin, between the Baltic Sea and the Bodden, which is part of the UNESCO South-East Rügen Biosphere Reserve. The fine-sand beach on the Baltic Sea is just 1,400 m away.

We offer two modern and comfortably furnished holiday apartments (40–50 square metres, max. 2 guests, living/sleeping area or separate bedroom, kitchenette, Wi-Fi, bathroom/shower).

The Granitz begins about 100 m in front of the house, featuring green beech forests and numerous hiking and biking trails. There is ample parking available on the property. A lockable storage area is available for the bicycles you bring with you. The public transit bus stop is about 150 metres away. During the high season, a local bus runs right next to the property. With a valid spa pass, this bus will take you to the beach or other stops in the area free of charge.

Just about a 15-minute walk away, you’ll find numerous restaurants, cafés, boutiques, and shops. The famous pier and the fine-sand Baltic Sea beach are about 1,500 metres away. Here you also have the option of taking boat trips to Binz or to the chalk cliffs, or enjoying a ride on the historic steam train, the “Rasender Roland,” which also stops near us. For health-conscious guests, wellness facilities and a water park are available in Sellin. Shops for daily necessities, a post office, a pharmacy, and a bus stop are also located in Sellin.

Zum Wohlfühlen

Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, modern eingerichtet und in guter Lage. Die freundliche Vermieterin lebt in der unteren Etage während die Ferienwohnung in der oberen Etage ist, mit separatem Aufgang. Alles in allem eine klare Empfehlung!
