Liked: Cleanliness, location
Disliked: Communication, listing accuracy
After my stay, the host messaged me that I had violated their pet policy because my dog had slept on the bed. They never sent me a pet policy! I think it’s unfair to blame someone for something that was never communicated. The host also lied. She initially said that the pet policy was posted on the ad. It wasn’t. I asked her to screenshot the ad if the pet policy was on it, and then she changed stories. She then maintained that it was “common courtesy” to cover up places my dog would lay. Courtesies are provided to friends, not rental companies that I am paying a service for. This host was mean and terrible.
