The parking was a bit confusing but the host was very much available and accomodating to work it out. The place is clean, spacious, newly renovated, and very nice. The hosts were friendly and wonderful. Highly recommend for your stay in Utica!

Recently painted and renovated older home. Clean and comfortable- parking available in the back of the house requires using a narrow driveway can be a little tricky and very narrow for any kind of pickup truck or large SUV.

The apartment was beautiful, clean, and comfortably furnished. I only gave 4 stars on check in because the access code did not come through on the first try. That was strictly due to connectivity issues but I wanted to note it in case it happens to someone in the future so they do not panic. The host was responsive and helpful and we had no regrets staying. I’m sure we will be back for another visit!
