Cavtat is a holiday resort destination 18 kilometers south of Dubrovnik voted, in fact, as one of the top European destinations in 2021.It is best known for its beaches, but it does however hold an important place in cultural history of the area. Local customs, folk costumes and traditional embroidery is integrated in locals’ daily lives and can be witnessed in a village Čilipi eight kilometers away. Here a local museum exhibits such examples and the summer festival displays cultural performances and traditional dances. Please note: There is no parking on site. If guests require parking, prior to arrival and with notice, a host can arrange for a parking permit in a secured public parking 300 meters away.
