The property was well maintained and a delight to have the use off.Location for restaurant's etc is very good.Communication with Patrick the owners was excellent and can not be faulted.I can not recommend this property any better then if you are in this area of Germany you would be missing out on a excellent retreat.

Wir haben ein paar wunderbare Tage in dem Häuschen verbracht. Allerdings konnte die Terrasse nicht benutzt werden, da es fürchterlich nach verschmorrtem Plastik gerochen hat. Welches von dem Wechselrichter des Balkonkraftwerks kam.

Super schöne Unterkunft, hat perfekt für uns gepasst als große Gruppe. Nette und zuverlässige Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Einziges kleines Manko für uns: die Türen sind alle sehr schwer - Kinder bekommen die Türen nicht alleine auf. Hier wären Türstopper oder ähnliches wünschenswert, das würde das Problem lösen.

Sehr schöne Villa für ein großes Familientreffen. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Villa ist sehr gut ausgestattet und wirklich geräumig. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Besten Dank auch an unseren Vermieter der immer schnell alle Fragen geklärt hat.

Wunderbares Familientreffen

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in der Villa Laux, alle waren ganz begeistert, ein eigenes Zimmer mit Bad zu haben, Platz ist ausreichend vorhanden und man fühlt sich sehr wohl in der alten, gediegenen Villa, lediglich die Ausstattung der Küche könnte sein,, es fehlen Schüsseln und ausreichend große Töpfe

Familientreffen in Merzig

Wir waren alle sehr zufrieden. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön eingerichtet, die Küche ist sehr schön groß und es ist genügend Geschirr vorhanden. Die Industriespühlmaschine ist top und spült in 2 Min. alles perfekt sauber. Auch im großzügigen Essbereich ist ausreichend Platz. Wir konnten kurzfristig über den Vermieter noch ein Abendessen bestellen, was ausgezeichnet war. Vielen Dank! Immer wieder gerne.

Topplek met groot gezelschap

We verbleven met onze grote familie in dit hotel. Het was geheel voor ons wat het natuurlijk superleuk maakt. De keuken is voorzien van voldoende borden/bestek, professionele vaatwasser en een lekker grote koelkast. Vriezer ontbreekt. Iets meer pannen en een prettiger werkend fornuis zouden nog fijn zijn. De eetzaal is ruim en je kunt er gezellig zitten. Ook plek om een buffet klaar te zetten. De familie die verderop verbleef kon gezellig langskomen omdat de zaal beneden plek biedt aan 40 pers. Wij waren er veelal met 35, en sliepen er met 23. De aparte tv kamer is ook super. De hotelkamers zijn mooi en ruim en hebben goede douches. Wat kleine mankementjes maar die waren voor ons niet echt een probleem. (Losse kraan, putje dat niet goed doorliep, slot dat niet werkte) Waar we wel even creatief moesten zijn was de kamer indeling. Op Vrbo (boekingssite) stond een andere beschrijving. Er waren echter geen 4 persoonskamers. Gelukkig konden we schuiven met matrassen omdat alle kamers nu toch van onze eigen familie waren. De eigenaar was heel aardig en was heel relaxt qua hulp tussendoor. Ook was hij heel flexibel qua uitchecktijd. We hebben het heerlijk gehad met elkaar en rondom Merzig is genoeg te doen. We zouden het zo weer boeken met de hele groep. Bedankt voor de leuke tijd!

Großfamilien Wochenende (15Personen)

Super schönes großes Haus und jedes Zimmer hat ein eigenes Bad!! Wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt und das hat für das ganze Wochenende eine ganz eigene, besondere Stimmung geschaffen. Viele schöne Erinnerung konnten wir hier sammeln. Vielen Dank

Très bien

Grande propriété conforme à nos attentes. Nous avons passé un très bon sejour en famille. Une étoile en moins sur la propreté car quelques usensiles de la cuisine, notamment la cafetière étaient sales. Attention également au niveau des descriptions des chambres. Celles-ci contiennent chacune 1 seul grand lit double pour 2 personnes et non 2 lits king size comme indiqué. Total 20 personnes. Chaque chambre a sa salle de bain individuelle et ouverture par badge type hotel. N'hésitez pas à y aller :-)

Betriebsausflug in einer schönen Stadtvilla

Wir haben mit 11 Personen zwei Nächte in dieser schönen Stadtvilla verbracht (Betriebsausflug). Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt! Da wir für den zweiten Abend ein Krimidinner in diesem Haus geplant hatten (Mord beim Lord) passte die Location perfekt! Das Haus ist zentral gelegen, es gibt ausreichend Parkplätze und diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich. Wir können dieses Haus auf jeden Fall empfehlen.

Wir haben ein wunderschönes Wochenende in der Stadtvilla Laux verbracht. Der Besitzer war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Wir haben die schönen hohen Zimmer genossen und besonders der grosse Essraum, in den wir die ganze Familie eingeladen hatten, hat es uns angetan. Bei einem wunderbaren Büffet, ebenfalls vom Hause Laux, konnten wir über alte Erinnerungen schwelgen, und neu Erlebtes austauschen. Auch die Umgebung hat vieles zu bieten: ob es der Wolfspark, die Saarschleife, der Garten der Sinne oder einfach Merzig ist, da ist für jeden etwas dabei. Wir werden bestimmt wiederkommen!

Wunderschöne Unterkunft - ideal für Events

Wir haben mit einer Gruppe von 12 Personen das Silvester-Wochenende in der schönen Stadtvilla verbracht und hatten eine tolle Zeit. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Der großzügige Speisesaal bietet sich optimal für Feierlichkeiten an. Diese Unterkunft ist sehr zu empfehlen!
