"Beach pearl 2". Our wonderful apartment is located on the ground floor of the house "Strandperle" in Großenbrode. Only a few meters separate you from the beautiful sandy beach on the Baltic Sea.

Notes on additional costs and fees:

A tourist tax is payable, you pay locally at our office.
Laundry package and firewood can be ordered upon request.

Schöner Aufenthalt - spĂ€te ErnĂŒchterung

Der Aufenthalt in Großenbrode war sehr schön und erholsam! Gerade mit Familie mit kleineren Kindern ein toller Ort. Unsere Ferienwohnung hatte ein paar kleinere MĂ€ngel - Gebrauchsspuren, ĂŒber die wir uns allerdings keine Gedanken machten. Die Lahe war allerdings super! Wir empfanden die Betten als unbequem, das ist sicherlich aber auch je nach Belieben unterschiedlich.Alles in allem hatten wir einen tollen Urlaub vor Ort. Im Nachhinein dann das böse Erwachen: Eine Mail der Agentur, dass unsere Kaution auf Grund einer BeschĂ€digung einbehalten wird. WIR haben nichts beschĂ€digt. Mein Einwand wohl weiter geleitet, auf unserer Kaution sind wir trotzdem sitzen geblieben! Sehr Ă€rgerlich. Ich empfehle also alle MĂ€ngel in dieser Fewo zu dokumentieren, sodass so etwas keiner weiteren Familie passiert!

Laut Unterlagen falscher Parkplatz. TĂŒr des HĂ€ngeschrankes in der KĂŒche lose. Nicht alle KĂŒchengerĂ€te sauber. Leider keine Mikrowelle und kein Fernseher im 2. Schlafzimmer. WĂ€schestĂ€nder notdĂŒrftig zusammen geflickt. Ameisen im Esszimmerbereich. Das richtige Spannbetttuch erst am Montag.Die Lage der Wohnung war sehr gut und im allgemeinen auch die Ausstattung.

Im Großen und Ganzen eine schöne Wohnung

Ich wĂŒrde gerne 3,5 Sterne vergeben. GrundsĂ€tzlich hat es uns gut gefallen. Auf den ersten Blick schien die Wohnung sauber und es ist alles da, was man so braucht. Vier WasserglĂ€ser im Vergleich zu gefĂŒhlt 78 Wein- und SektglĂ€sern fanden wir allerdings etwas wenig ;-) Bei genaueren Hinsehen waren einige Dinge jedoch nicht so ansehnlich (Backofen, Toaster, KĂŒhlschrank, KĂŒchenschrĂ€nke generell), was schade war. Außerdem gab es ein kleines Ameisenproblem in der KĂŒche... Die Sauna haben wir leider nicht ausprobiert, im Whirlpool roch es anfangs muffig, wenn man die DĂŒsen angestellt hat.Die Lage der Wohnung ist super, man steht in 2 Minuten am Strand. Bei geöffneten Fenstern war es dadurch allerdings auch nicht gerade leise. Die Umgebung (Strand, Anlage, Promenade) ist einfach super schön!

Alles in allem war es eine Großenbrode, die wir als Familie genossen haben. Ein paar Sachen sind uns jedoch negativ aufgefallen: 1. ...fĂŒr diesen zauberhaften Urlaub. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Man kann die Ostsee sehen und ist dementsprechend wirklich in wenigen Minuten am Strand. Der Herr, bei dem wir den SchlĂŒssel bekommen haben, war wirklich nett. Sehr zu empfehlen! :)

Urlaub August 2023

Wir waren als Familie im August 2023 fĂŒr 11 NĂ€chte in Strandperle 2 in Großenbrode. Eigentlich waren wir sehr zufrieden, die Wohnung war sehr sauber und die KĂŒche sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Beschreibung im Inserat trifft zu 100% zu. Allerdings ist am zweiten Tag die Beleuchtung am Waschbecken/Spiegel im Bad komplett ausgefallen ( dadurch sehr dunkel), was wir auch umgehend per Mail und dann auch noch mal als Sprachnachricht auf Mailbox der Objektverwaltung mitgeteilt haben. Dazu gab es leider keine RĂŒckmeldung, weder per Mail oder telefonisch, und das Problem wurde auch wĂ€rend der verbleibenden 9 Tagen nicht behoben, sehr schade. Die Parksperren auf den ParkplĂ€tzen sollten auch kpl. abmontiert werden. Sonst alles top.

Schöne FeWo - Ärger beim CheckOut

Eine schöne und gepflegte FeWo in Großenbrode sehr nah am Strand. Auf dieser Ebene gibt es keine Kritik. Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub. Die Betten fanden wir allerdings nicht so bequem. Nach dem Check-Out wurden uns aber leider 60€ der Kaution unter einer fadenscheinigen BegrĂŒndung einbehalten. Eine KlĂ€rung per Telefon oder Mail war nicht möglich. Das Ă€rgert uns. Wir hatten Duschgel und Rasierer in der Dusche vergessen, was uns als „dagelassener MĂŒll“ ausgelegt wurde. Zudem war die AufhĂ€ngung (loser Nagel in der Wand) des SchlĂŒsselbretts bei der Anreise wackelig, so dass wir das SchlĂŒsselbrett abnahmen und auf den Schrank legten. Dieses SchlĂŒsselbrett wurde uns ebenso berechnet, was eine Frechheit ist. Wir haben mit der Anbringung an der wand nichts zu tun. Gut, man hĂ€tte es zu Beginn der Reise sagen können, wir haben uns aber nichts dabei gedacht und dachten der Zustand der AufhĂ€ngung sei den Vermietern bekannt. Es ist enttĂ€uschend, dass die Gegenseite keine Bereitschaft zur KlĂ€rung zeigte und durch Nicht-Antworten die 60€ weiter einbehĂ€lt. Das ist WillkĂŒr und steht nicht in Relation. Zudem wurde uns von der Putzhilfe (die das vermutlich auch weiterleitete) unterstellt wir hĂ€tten die Wohnung mit mehr Personen bewohnt als zugelassen. Das stimmt nicht. Wir hatten am Abreisetag Besuch vom Rest der Familie, die aber ein Haus weiter eine andere Wohnung bewohnt hatten.

wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen ,,alles war sauber und toll eingerichtet. Sogar Meerblick war vorhanden. Einziges Manko war die Garderobe die aus der Wand gerissen war, wird aber sicherlich behoben .

5 tolle Tage

Wir hatten ein paar richtig schöne und erholsame Tage in der FeWo. Eine 1a Lage in einer richtig schönen Umgebung, direkt am Strand. Kinder konnten eigenstÀndig zum Strand und sich in der Umgebung bewegen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.
