About the host
Hosted by Michelle Payne
We are professionals and creative people. We love traveling around the world, jazz, and fine wine. We love the outdoors and physical activity. Most of all, we love meeting new people from all over the world.
Why they chose this property
We've owned our House and Guesthouse since 2003 and love its proximity to excellent museums and restaurants. We are also in the heart of LA with excellent access to Downtown LA, Hollywood, Beverly Hills, and Santa Monica/Venice. We also love the people in the community—smart and friendly people.
What makes this property unique
The home was built in 1928 and has a lot of traditional California flavor. Our street is not a through street, so there is very little traffic, and it is quiet. The landscape is very comforting and relaxing. We have lots of privacy because of the Stone wall in front of the house.
