About the apartment:
Apartment 2.1 is located on the first floor and features a balcony. The living room has a cozy sofa set. The kitchen and dining area are integrated into the living space. Both bedrooms are equipped with box-spring beds at a comfortable height, and one also has a TV. The bathroom features an accessible shower/toilet and a sauna. The apartment also has a guest restroom. Underfloor heating is installed throughout the apartment. You can access the first balcony from the living room and the second balcony from each of the two bedrooms. The apartment has an intercom system with a camera. In the basement, you’ll find a washer and dryer (for a fee), a storage room for bicycles, and a shared fitness room. There is an elevator in the building. Next to the building, you’ll find another lockable bicycle storage room and a small playground for our younger guests.
The apartment comes with a parking space right next to the building.
All of our apartments are non-smoking.

The prices for our vacation apartments always apply to stays of 7 nights or more; for stays of fewer than 7 nights, a short-stay surcharge applies.

Some of the beautiful and individually furnished apartments feature their own sauna or a beach chair on the terrace or balcony. An ideal oasis of well-being for our guests. A breakfast spot is located in the immediate vicinity. The Büsumer Reethus offers the following amenities: Wi-Fi, an elevator, parking spaces assigned to the apartments in front of the building, a washer and dryer in the basement, a small children’s playground next to the building, a fitness room, and a storage room.

Pets are welcome in some apartments upon request. Extra beds are available in some apartments for a fee.
