Enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), washing machine, TV, and standing fans in every room (no air conditioning). A high chair and crib are available for little ones.



The private outdoor area offers a swimming pool, terrace, barbecue, and garden—ideal for sunbathing, cooling off in the pool, and dining al fresco. Canet de Mar’s Blue Flag beach is nearby, as well as modernist landmarks and restaurants. Barcelona is easily reached by train, and the Costa Brava is just a short drive away. Parking for up to 4–5 cars is available on the property.



Important rules: Check-in is from 17:00 to 21:00. Late check-in from 21:00 to 23:00 is available for an additional fee, payable at the property. Check-in is not possible after 23:00. Guests under 25 cannot check in. Parties and unregistered guests are not allowed—this is a family property.



The house is in a residential area: local regulations prohibit noise and loud music after 22:00 on Fridays and Saturdays, and after 21:00 on other days. Please respect the neighbors’ rest.
