About 4 km from the residence is the centre of Budoni, which offers all the primary services, tourist doctor, banks, post office, electric car charging station, travel agencies, evening walk with various cultural events. A marina 7 km away in Ottiolu, with clubs and disco bars for nightlife lovers. About 8 km away is the medieval village of Posada with the Fava Castle and the river park. The location of the house is perfect for visiting, driving along the scenic SS 125 or the four-lane highway, the magnificent Gulf of Orosei to the south and the famous Costa Smeralda to the north, not forgetting a detour into the interior of the island, just under an hour's drive, in the fascinating and mysterious Barbagia.
