Enjoy central air conditioning, free WiFi throughout the condo, and a private washer/dryer to refresh your swimsuits nightly. On the grounds, you'll have access to an elevated outdoor swimming pool overlooking the ocean. In this convenient part of Ocean City (35th Street), not only will you enjoy direct access to the beach - you'll be within blocks of the historic Ocean City Boardwalk, popular restaurants, casual eateries, bustling nightlife, and all sorts of great shops and conveniences. Things to Know Full kitchen Side ocean view No pets and no smoking allowed Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

The condo, location, view were incredible! It was a bit pricey, but worth it. Cleaning could have been better. I think all of the beds/sofa beds should have been remade with fresh sheets, but I don’t think they were. The double beds had Sandy sheets and the sofa bed had someone’s pillow case and water bottle stuck in it. We just laundered them ourselves with washer/dryer in our condo, and remade bed. Problem was fixed and we had a wonderful time.
