The entire home has been renovated including all bathrooms and kitchen, so your experience after a day in the sun is luxurious. Additional perks include free WiFi, outdoor shower, beach chairs, on-site parking under car port and a private washer/dryer. Within walking distance of some of OC’s most popular attractions Seacret’s and Mackie’s on the bayside, you'll also be close to world class golf at Lighthouse Sound, Rum Point, OC Golf Club and Glen Riddle. Enjoy your stay in Ocean City, Maryland! Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. EV charging is not available/permitted on the premises. Doing so is cause for removal. There are charging stations at 100th St. bayside, 40th St. bayside, and at Royal Farms and Wawa in West Ocean City.

Excellent stay

Home was in a great location. Clean and and close to lots of great activities and right on the beach. Set up was great for our group (3 families, each got a floor). Only thing that would have been helpful was some additional chairs of the dinning room and a way to gate off the stairs for our toddler, but we improvised fine. Check in and out was easy.

Great location

This house has a great view of the beach with each beach access. It is not near high rises so easy to get a spot on the beach. The kitchen and bathrooms are nice. The one thing they need to improve on is the beds. We all complained about how hard and uncomfortable the mattresses were.

Great place to stay!

Sea Splash 8 is as good as the description of it online. It was clean and well maintained. Of course there are a few minor things that need attention. The deck furniture needs replacement and the bathrooms need locks on the doors. Our family would love to make Sea Splash 8 the destination of our annual Ocean City vacation.

Very nice week

This unit easily accommodates a large group or family. Stairs tough on my older parents, something to be mindful of if you have older family members or those with injuries. The outdoor shower on the main deck was such a great feature. Usually they are in a dark and danky part of a house, but this was great and used a lot during the week. Indoor bathrooms are upgraded and nice. Bedrooms are spacious, but could use an upgrade for mattresses and bedding. That and fruit flies (probably leftover from last guests) are the reason for 4 stars. Some issues with check in but that is a vacasa problem. Overall a good week.
