Sea view villa "Prinz Heinrich" - Apartment 4

Prinz Heinrich, an apartment building constructed in 2006, towers high above Sassnitz’s city and fishing harbours and offers its guests a fantastic view across the Baltic Sea as far as Göhren and Binz. Built in the seaside resort architectural style, the building is located in the centre of the port town and in close proximity to cafes, restaurants, and various shopping options. An indoor swimming pool with a sauna area is about a 2-minute walk away. Please note that for bookings with pets, in addition to the 10 euro fee per pet per night, a one-time pet cleaning fee of 25 euros will be charged!

The two-room holiday apartment is located on the ground floor of the Prinz Heinrich apartment building and features a living area with a stunning panoramic ocean view, a cosy bedroom, and a bathroom. From the living and dining area of this bright apartment—which features an open, fully equipped kitchenette—you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the Baltic Sea and Sassnitz’s city harbour through large, floor-to-ceiling windows. The floor-to-ceiling windows open wide, providing access to the south-facing, covered terrace and the small private garden area belonging to the apartment, complete with its own beach chair. This wonderful apartment can accommodate up to 4 people; the bedroom, with its large double bed and flat-screen TV, sleeps 2, while the cosy sleeper sofa in the living area provides sleeping space for two more. The natural-light-filled bathroom in this comfortable apartment is equipped with a walk-in glass shower, a sink, and, of course, a toilet. The apartment has its own parking space next to the building. Bicycle storage is available.
