It was a safe, location with beautiful views and ocean front. The amenities of the Golden Sands condo building itself such as the pool tables, tennis court, volleyball court didn’t have the equipment to do the different activities (no balls for the pool table, no tennis rackets or balls, no volleyballs) and the stores on the property weren’t open to buy or rent them. The tiki bar on the property was only open until 6. The condo itself is dated, painted cabinets and the pull out trash can a was barely held together. Very basic as far as condos go but it was a cheaper rental so I think we got what we paid for.
