Beds extremely comfortable. Apartment was clean. Nice fit for two families traveling together or a situation where guests knew each other. Gorgeouus back porch, unfortunately overlooked neighbors house so we spent our time watching them prepare their spaghetti dinners. No second exit from second floor, wouldn't bring a family for that reason. Overall we had a good visit because there were not other guests in the apartment below. This rental should not come up as a pet friendly house when searched as such. It is two apartments and should be noted as such before reservation is made. It is very close to everything, but on a busy road , short cut between Rt 1 and Rehoboth. Heavy traffic with lots of excessive speed. Glad we visited off season.

We had a lovely 2 night 3 day beach getaway. It was perfect for our family of 3. Beautiful screened deck, well stocked kitchen and very comfortable beds. Easy walk to the south end of the rehoboth board walk. Would stay again !
