Central air conditioning, washer, dryer and more. Accessible without stairs. 2 TVs (42' flat-screen in living room), DVD, Blu-ray, Wifi. Notes: This Sea Colony vacation rental features carpet in the bedrooms, with tile flooring in the remainder of the condo.
