Offering spacious, single-level resort living, this seaside getaway is on the 14th floor, one floor from the top, with impeccable ocean views. Just steps to Sea Colony's half-mile of private guarded beach, not to mention the community's oceanfront pools and fitness room, this single-level layout features a living and dining area, well-equipped kitchen, a full hallway bathroom, and two bedrooms, including the main bedroom suite with a walkout to balcony and its own private bath. The chef of the group will feel right at home with the stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, and a Keurig coffee maker in the kitchen. Plus, everyone can enjoy central air conditioning, a washer, a dryer, and more. This condo is accessible without stairs. This Sea Colony vacation rental features three TVs and access to the owner's beach locker along with free WiFi throughout.

This is a great unit at Sea Colony. The decor is tasteful and creates a relaxed environment. The kitchen is well equipped with 2 coffee makers (Keurig and drip), a hand mixer, and blender. We enjoyed the puzzles.

Wonderful Experience

This is the second time we have book this place. The view is exceptional, the beds are comfortable, the rooms provide plenty of space to relax and enjoy the view. The kitchen is well equipped with the items needed for preparing meals if you don't go out. We highly recommend this listing.

Beautiful unit

The unit's view of the ocean, beach and even the pool below was extraordinary. It has been newly redecorated with furnishings that are very comfortable and easily get you in the 'beach mood', beds are VERY comfortable as well. The kitchen was well provisioned with cookware as well as bakeware, a separate bar and wine refrigerator was also available (great addition!), and the kitchen had ample space to move around and accommodate several cooks.

The unit is newly updated and view is amazing. It lacked on cleanliness. Dishwasher had dirty dishes in it and bathroom floor had not been cleaned and towels were put on bed and were still damp.

Beauty by the Sea

This unit was beautifully appointed and had such a breathtaking view on its oversized balcony! We loved the decor, hardwood floors, modern kitchen, and comfortable king size bedrooms. It’s location is ideal for stays throughout the year, being in the main building. Having the amenities such as the pools and beach access at your convenience just below was great. The unit was also well stocked with games and throw blankets as well as extra pillows. The only thing we’d improve on is that it only had two large coffee mugs and the rest were so small (bring some if you have more than two coffee drinkers). We also thought it could use a medium size saucepan with lid, glass casserole dish, some Tupperware for leftovers, and another frying pan spatula to round out the kitchen. It truly was a wonderful stay and lovely place to spend time reading, taking in the view, playing games, sharing meals, and getting in some serious beach time! Will rent again and definitely recommend to others!!!

The place was filthy

When we checked in one hour after we were assured we could check in we found the place filthy. The kitchen sink was clean, the bathrooms were clean and the trash was removed but other than that the rest was filthy. We waited on hold for over an hour to contact Resort Quest and they sent the cleaning crew back. It was better, but there was still food on the living room furniture and the carpets were still not vacuumed and there was still food all over the porch. We called again and it took over another hour to get through and they came back again, and when they left there was still food on the porch. After that we gave up on them and cleaned it up ourselves. For the amount of money we paid per night plus fees we really expected a much nicer and cleaner place. VRBO was great to deal with but Resort Quest was horrible. The unit really needs to be updated.
