This small but cozy house is located less than a half mile from the T-Dock Public boat landing (your gateway to the famous Eagle River chain of lakes), Eagle River City Beach on Silver Lake, Trees for Tomorrow environmental education center and, in the winter, the ice skating rink. Downtown Eagle River is only a mile away! This budget-friendly home invites you to kick back and relax in the pleasant living area, furnished with comfortable sofas and a large TV where you can watch your favorite shows and movies while munching on the snack of your choice. Surprise your beloved family and friends with tasty treats and homemade meals thanks to the well-appointed kitchen. It's complete with everything you need - a full-size fridge, stove, oven, coffee maker, and even a dishwasher! This air-conditioned home away from home features two cozy bedrooms. The main bedroom has an en suite bathroom with a shower. There is a CordaRoy beanbag chair that converts to a bed in the sunroom. Additional perks include on-site parking and a washer/dryer. After a fun day exploring all that the Eagle River area has to offer, we invite you to come home to relax and get a good night's sleep at Base Camp!
