Million Dollar View

You cannot beat the view. The host is the best. The place is small & low ceilings, some other quirky things - all just add to the ambiance, and certainly as advertised. Especially for the price - VERY hard to beat.

Very comfy place overlooking the lake

The place is really on the lake and surpisingly quiet. The bed is very comfy and the apartment is full of light thanks to all the roof windows. it is aideally located for all sorts of walks along the lake, and hikes in the mountains (be warned, the slopes are very steep!). The few things that can be mentioned are the fact that tall people (over 1,70 meter high) need to be careful all around the place because of the low ceiling and the apparent beams. Also, the plugs are scarce in the kitchen so it can be complicated to have the microwave plugged in for instance. Also, maybe some tea infuser could be added to the cutlery and a clothes drying rack in addition to the drier for delicate clothes. In addition, the pellet stove would certainly benefit from a simplified ready-to-heat instruction to use it because the one at disposal is not that clear. Finally, even if we finally didn't need more pellets because the weather improved, I think the woman in charge of the apartment should know where to buy some more because she said she had no idea where they could be bought. That being said, the place is really nice and clean and you are garanteed to have an exceptional view.

Die Lage ist traumhaft und allein die Aussicht macht den Aufenthalt besonders. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und jederzeit erreichbar.Für zwei bis drei Personen ist die Wohnung bestens geeignet – das Doppelbett und eine zusätzliche Matratze sind hierfür völlig ausreichend. Wird jedoch das Schlafsofa benötigt, wie in unserem Fall, ist der Schlafkomfort für zwei Personen eingeschränkt, da die Matratze sehr dünn ist und man die Federn deutlich spürt.Insgesamt handelt es sich aber um eine sehr schöne und empfehlenswerte Unterkunft, zu der wir gerne wiedergekommen sind – vor allem wegen der einmaligen Lage und Aussicht.

Schöner Urlaub

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt, allerdings wurde unser Müll von der Müllabfuhr nicht abgeholt und rausstellen konnte man ihn auch nicht, da Vögel den ganzen Müll dann über den Parkplatz verteilten.

Schöne Wohnung mit super Lage

Die Wohnung war nicht so sauber wie normal gewohnt. War wohl auch dem Umstand zu Schulden dass die Wohnung ein vieltel Jahr nicht mehr bewohnt war und der Vorgänger etwas nachlässig war. Was wir vermisst haben war eine Käsereibe und Topfuntersetzer. Aber insgesamt war der Aufenthalt sehr schön und die Lage direkt am Wasser mit wunderbarem Blick auf den See und die Berge haben wir genossen..

Vue magnifique au calme et proche commodités

Le logement est idéalement situé, à 5 minutes à pied de Porlezza, tres calme car dans une impasse et avec un acces immediat à la baignade par un ponton. La chambre est confortable mais le canape lit beaucoup moins. L acces à la mezzanine pour le 5eme couchage est malaisé ( acces par une echelle) Le logement est sous les combles et il y faisait tres chaud lors de notre sejour en aout. Tres belle vue sur le lac.. nous recommandons ce logement pour son emplacement sa vue et son calme..

Der Schlüssel wurde leider durch den zufällig am Objekt sich aufhaltenden Hausverwalter übergeben, der nicht mit dem Übergabeprozedere der Wohnung vertraut ist. Bitte nur die Schlüsselübergabe mit der dafür benannten Person vereinbaren

Wir haben 2 Wochen hier verbracht und diese Zeit sehr genossen. Die Lage des Hauses ist top, der Blick auf den See wunderschön. Die Wohnung ist genau so wie beschrieben. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war vor und während unseres Aufenthalts gut. Bei eventuellen Fragen bekamen wir sehr schnell eine Antwort. Empfehlenswert!

Besondere Lage direkt am See

Wir hatten hier einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt mit 4 Übernachtungen. Das beste hieran ist die Lage direkt am See mit wunderschönem Blick und der zu Fuß gut erreichbaren Altstadt. Wir konnten von hieraus schöne Wanderungen machen. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und es gibt einen großen Parkplatz direkt am Eingang. Wir haben nur wenige kleinere Kritikpunkte: - sehr langsames WLAN - bei Ankunft waren 2 Dinge kaputt (Schloß der Balkontür und eine Nachtischlampe) Alles in allem aber zu empfehlen.

Das WLAN hat 16mbit. Lokal ist leider dies die schnellste angebotene Option. Netflix/Sky etc laufen alle problemlos. Der Reparaturauftrag für das defekte Balkontürenschloß ist erteilt.

Traumwohnung in schöner Lage

Also wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Wohnung liegt wirklich direkt am See mit eigenem Bade- / Bootssteg. Es ist eine Sackgasse ohne Verkehr und sehr ruhig. Im Haus gibt es mehrere Wohnungen, man bekommt von den anderen aber nichts mit. Vom kleinen Balkon hat man einen unglaublich schönen Blick auf den See und die Berge ringsum. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist funktional und lässt letztendlich keine Wünsche offen. Andere Bewerter haben den Checkin etwas kritisiert. Das war bei uns kein Problem. Wenn hier jemand bucht ist zu empfehlen SUP oder Kajak mitzunehmen, dann ist die Lage noch besser nutzbar. In den schönen Ort Porlezza ist man höchstens 10 Minuten zu Fuß unterwegs mit Bars, Restaurants und Geschäften. Als Tipp würden wir die Mitnahme eines Sonnenschirms sehen, weil der tolle Balkon nicht beschattet ist und bei heißem Wetter das Vorteile hätte. Allgemein ist diese Unterkunft aus unserer Sicht wirklich was sehr besonderes und wir werden wenn sie zu bekommen ist dort sicher wieder Mal hinfahren.
