-Large kitchen with residential size Fridge and Oven, convection microwave.

-Eat in bar with bar stools for four.

- Large sectional couch with views of the Smokies, 2 electric fireplaces.

-Retractable large TV. JBL sound system

-Hot tub, fire pit, outside dining for 8



The Space:

This is a modern tiny house called The Chestnut. Very spacious. Large windows look out on the Smoky Mountains. Large deck for dining and enjoying the view. There is a second patio with night lighting, hot tub and a fire pit for cozy evenings. There is a large retractable TV with a Bluetooth sound system for music inside and out. Two electric fire places. Large kitchen with residential sized fridge and oven with microwave. Large master bedroom with incline bed for enjoying the views. Two spacious lofts with storage and AC heat. The couch is also a fold out bed if needed. Outdoor shower. Renters have access to paddle boards and a canoe with a mountain lake at bottom of hill. Just reserve with Mark for a 3 hour window. There is a large cabin and a smaller tiny house available for rent if needed. Fast Star Link wifi.



Guest Access:

There is a digital lock to the left of the front door. Mark will get you access to key before your arrival.



Other Things to Note:

If you use retractable awnings please retract after every use. Rain or wind can damage them if left open.

You may find lady bugs in the winter seeking heat.

This is bear country. Please keep all food inside or dispose of in bear proof containers by garage.

There is a long gravel driveway for access.
