This spacious and inviting retreat is perfect for families, groups, and anyone looking for a comfortable place to relax. With plenty of room to spread out, you’ll enjoy a warm, homey atmosphere designed for both rest and connection.

Sleeping arrangements
Master bedroom with 2 queen beds - First floor
Bedroom 2 with 1 king bed + TV - First floor
Bedroom 3 with 1 queen bed - First floor
Extra sleeping options in the game room including a sofa bed (65” x 73”) and a queen air mattress - Second floor
Extra blankets, pillows, and bed sheets are provided for added comfort.

Entertainment & Game Room Fun
Enjoy endless entertainment in the dedicated game room featuring air hockey, foosball, a mini pool table, TV, and comfortable seating. Perfect for kids and adults alike!

Kitchen & Dining
A fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a coffee maker makes cooking at home easy and convenient. Gather around the dining table for 6, filled with natural light for a warm and inviting dining experience.

Living Space
Relax in the large living area featuring an arcade game and plenty of space to unwind after a day of exploring or spending time with loved ones.


Guest access
Self check-in is available for your ease and convenience via smart lock access.

You will have access to the entire house and all its amenities including the backyard and laundry except the locked supply closets. Free parking is available on the driveway, which can accommodate up to 4 vehicles. Street parking is also available if additional space is needed.

Other things to note
Please note that there is also a Ring doorbell camera in the front door. It only turns on occasionally when the house is vacant.

House rules:
- Verified guests only: clear profile photo & government ID must match profile.
- Primary guest 21+. Under 21 must be with a parent/guardian.
- No parties, loud music, or smoking indoors. Quiet hours: 10 PM – 6 AM.
- Max 12 guests unless approved.
- Keep the home clean & do not move furniture.
- Damages or missing items charged at replacement cost.
- Pets are welcome - please clean up after them ($200 fee for waste).
