Beautiful condo #19 with 2 pools, one by the sea
100 meters from the sea, exceptional view. Close to MANZANILLO and ANGELITO beaches.
We have a UV light water system throughout the condo. Our water is purer than bottled water. This condo is the only one with this system in the entire complex.
The space
Large kitchen, dining room, breakfast counter, laundry room, 2 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Balcony that makes up two thirds of the condo with magnificent views of the sunrise and sunset and the sea. 100 meters from the sea.
Guest access
A smoking area is designated on the rooftop terrace and on the terrace at the bottom of the seaside pool. We ask that you do not smoke in the condo, on the balcony, in the parking lot or in the Eglantina places other than those designated for this purpose.

Pets not allowed.
Children 13 years and older.
