This spacious three-bedroom garden suite in North Vancouver is a great vacation rental for families or groups of up to six people. The property features a full kitchen, outdoor patio and comfortable bedrooms. The location is ideal for exploring North Vancouver`s natural beauty, with numerous parks and hiking trails nearby, including the world renowned Mount Fromme downhill biking trails and Lynn Valley Suspension bridge. A short drive to Capilano Suspension Bridge and Lonsdale Quay Market.

This is for the garden suite of a single family home. It has a an outdoor eating area.

Tucked between mountains in North Vancouver, Lynn Valley is a lush, pretty neighbourhood thickly bordered by parks and forest. Lynn Headwaters Regional Park, connected to the Lower Seymour Conservation Reserve, has its attractions: from fishing at peaceful Rice Lake to trails that link up with this section of the North Shore spiderweb of walkways called the Baden Powell trail.

Bus stops less than a minute from the front door.

This location is 5 min walk from Lynn Canyon Park and Suspension bridge and 10 min walk from Lynn Valley Village restaurants. 5 minutes walk up takes you to the End of the Line Cafe. You are on the doorstep of the biking and hiking trails and wild swimming in Lynn Canyon Creek.

Guest Parking Notice

Please note that we have only one parking spot reserved for guests.

If you are arriving in a large truck or oversized vehicle, we kindly ask that you park on the street. Our driveway is quite small, and maneuvering large vehicles risks damage—particularly to the lights and property of our neighbors, which has been an issue in the past. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation!
No smoking or vaping — violation will result in a $500 CAD fine.
Respect our neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM.
No shoes to be worn inside the suite.
Turn off all lights, heating, and appliances when you`re not in the suite.
No visitors unless listed in the rental agreement.
No parties and no pets allowed.
If anything is broken, please let us know so we can replace it.
Improper garbage or recycling disposal will result in a $500 CAD fine.
