I really liked this place & location but it is listed as “Cozy & Calm”. While it certainly was cozy, it was not calm. Starting at 6:30 in the morning, there would be heavy pounding footsteps above and things dropping on the floor. Not possible to sleep through. And going to sleep was the same problem. Heavy footsteps and noise at times well past midnight at times. Not calm. Cannot recommend unless they mitigate the noise, or list it honestly.
