Ferienwohnung LĂŒbinchen

Die Wohnung ist Tip Top !! Alles sauber und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt ! Die beiden Vermieter Angelika und Olaf sind beide super nett und zuvorkommend! Aus unserer Sicht hatten wir sofort ein freundschaftliches miteinander! Alles ist schnell zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen ( Einkauf, Innenstadt, etc.) LĂŒbeck ist eine sehr schöne Stadt mit schönen Radwegen rundherum !!Da ist eine Woche schnell rum! Das Auto kann man sehr gut ein paar Tage stehen lassen! Wir werden die Ferienwohnung gerne wieder besuchen!

Ruhiges HÀuschen in StadtnÀhe

VollstĂ€ndig und nett eingerichtet, auf zwei Etagen, sehr ruhig. Die mit "steil" angegebene Treppe ist sehr steil und leider kann man sein Fahrrad nicht mit aufs GrundstĂŒck nehmen. Kein Problem, wenn man mit den Bully kommt. Mit dem Rad sind es knapp 5 Minuten zum Holstentor, zu Fuß haben wir es nicht probiert.Wir haben vier Tage dort sehr genossen inmitten von Vögeln und Eichhörnchen. Nicht zu vergessen die Nette Gastgeberin.

En bra lÀgenhet för 2 personer

Positivt: LÀgenheten var vÀlstÀdad, nÀra till centrum, vi cyklade ner pÄ 5 minuter, egen uteplats, lugnt omrÄde, vÀrden var trevlig och gav oss en massa tips. Negativt: VÀldigt brant trappa, parkering av bilen var katastrofal, fick leta vÀldigt lÀnge efter parkeringsplats nÀr man hade anvÀnt bilen. Men överlag en liten trevlig lÀgenhet.

Nette gĂŒnstige Unterkunft in verkehrsgĂŒnstiger Lage

Auch wenn der Zugang etwas ungewöhnlich ist, wartet dahinter eine gut versteckte, gemĂŒtlichen Unterkunft. Vor dem Haus kann man schön im Garten essen. Der LĂŒbecker Hauptbahnhof ist nur ein paar Schritte entfernt, so dass es sich eine schöne Basis fĂŒr AusflĂŒge ist. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten

Alles was man braucht.

Ein sehr netter Gastgeber. Eine sauberes Appartement mit alles was man braucht auf kleinen Raum ohne das es sich eng anfĂŒhlt. Und das alles auf Spazierabstand vom Zentrum von LĂŒbeck. Was will man noch mehr? Bei Gelegenheit kommen wir gerne nochmal.

Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft zentrumsnah gelegen

Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm, die Unterkunft ist sauber und gemĂŒtlich! Einzig die Treppe ins Schlafzimmer ist recht steil, aber durchaus zu bewĂ€ltigen und mit einem tollen Handlauf (Tau) gut zu nutzen! Perfekt ist auch die Möglichkeit zu ungewöhnlichen Zeiten (wir waren erst gegen 23:30 Uhr da) einchecken zu können! Fehlen tut ein wenig ein W-Lan, aber der Handyempfang ist gut! Insgesamt absolut empfehlenswert!

Unique, comfortable apartment

There are many "positives" about this apartment. The price is excellent. The location in a residential neighborhood is a short walk from the train and the old town and there are multiple grocery stores nearby. Though small, the apartment is carefully laid out so that we were comfortable and never felt cramped or crowded. Everything was clean and well-maintained. Set back from the street, it was quiet and private. Future renters should be aware that this is not appropriate for anyone with mobility limitations. Access requires going down a few fairly narrow outside stairs into the main building's cellar. After walking through the basement, there are a few more outside stairs into an enclosed garden area. At the back of the garden is the rental apartment. Photos of the apartment show that there is a rather steep stairway with narrow treads and rope railings between the two floors of the apartment. Access is probably comfortable and safe for most adults.

Schön gelegene rustikale Unterkunft und perfekte Betreuung

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in dem Ferienhaus. Es handelt sich um ein Hinterhaus und es ist daher sehr ruhig. Es gibt hervorragende Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Rewe, Penny, dm und vor allem Edeka) in der fußlĂ€ufigen Umgebung und die LĂŒbecker Altstadt ist sehr gut erreichbar. Zudem ist die Unterkunft nur einen Katzensprung vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt. Die Gastgeber kĂŒmmern sich persönlich und sehr hingebungsvoll um die GĂ€ste. Das Ambiente ist etwas rustikal und die Lesebeleuchtung sollte noch etwas verbessert werden. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und können Gastgeber und Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen.

Toller Aufenthalt in LĂŒbeck
