Use the same garage code to lock garage doors when leaving.

Quiet Hours - No music to be played outside after 10.30pm each night until 8am the following day.
For children's safety all pool gates should be kept locked with combination lock at all times when pool is not in use. Adult supervision required.
All pool and spa heater controls are not to be adjusted by guests. Call host if any adjustments are needed. Fine of $500 if controls are tampered with

We had a great stay! The house was clean and matched the listing. It had plenty of space for our group, and we really enjoyed the lake access and outdoor areas.The host was easy to communicate with and provided clear check-in and check-out instructions. We had an amazing stay and would absolutely book this house again. We stayed with two other young families, and the layout couldn’t have been better. The open living room and kitchen gave everyone plenty of space to gather, cook, and spend time together, while still feeling comfortable.The backyard was the highlight of the trip. The pool and yard were perfect for both the kids and adults, and we spent most of our time outside enjoying the space.The host was incredibly communicative and made everything easy from booking through checkout. Overall, this was a 10/10 experience, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay with family or friends.

We had a great stay at this home! The house was spacious, plenty of room for our family to spread out and relax. The pool with jacuzzi was beautiful and the place we spent most of the time.The location was also a big plus since it was super close to the lake! . We had a wonderful experience. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay, which we really appreciated.We enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend it to others looking for a comfortable getaway.
