We present this wonderful property totally reformed of a superior quality.
The house is distributed on two floors. On the main floor there is a spacious hall, a bedroom and a bathroom with shower. Then we go to the great living room, very bright surrounded by large windows that allow us to enjoy the beautiful views of the town of Canet de Mar and the garden from the sofa.

The kitchen, spacious and bright, communicates with the living room and is fully equipped with appliances, household items and a table with its own television.
It also has a laundry and ironing room, with washing machine and dryer, for the comfort of its guests.
On the second floor, we find the 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms. This floor of the house is all exterior with wonderful views and terrace and balcony that is accessed directly from two of the rooms.

DESCRIPTION OF THE ENVIRONMENT:

The villa is located in the village of Canet de Mar, a modernist village on the coast of Barcelona, familiar, quiet and very safe, where you will find supermarkets, stores and restaurants with excellent gastronomy.

The villa is located ten minutes walk from the beach and the endless promenade where you can take pleasant walks listening to the waves of the sea, or do sports activities (adapted bike path).
Also, you can make several hiking trails through the mountains, starting the route from the village and towards El Montnegre and Corredor.

Due to its unbeatable location, it allows you to go sightseeing both in Barcelona capital and in the Costa Brava. You can move comfortably to Barcelona center by public transport, (the train is located 15 minutes walk from the house and with a high frequency of transit) or if you have a vehicle you can also visit the famous beaches and coves of the Costa Brava, as 30 km away is already in the town of Lloret de Mar.
