This is a two-story home with living areas downstairs and bedrooms upstairs. The first floor includes a living room, dining area, and full kitchen. The second floor includes two bedrooms, each with a king bed. The layout is designed to provide separation between shared and private spaces.
House Rules

To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests, please follow these rules:

No smoking inside the home. A $350 fee will be charged if evidence is found.

No parties, events, or loud or rowdy groups.

Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM.

No illegal drugs or firearms on the property.

No pets without prior approval.

Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight. No more than 2 additional daytime guests without host approval.

Please treat the home with care. Any damages or missing items will be charged accordingly. Do not move furniture.

Do not flush wipes, feminine products, or excessive toilet paper. A $400 fee will be charged if a plumber is required due to misuse.

No confetti, glitter, or burning candles inside the home.

Please do not set the thermostat below 69°F, as this can cause the system to freeze and stop working.

Due to Houston’s climate, occasional bugs may appear despite regular monthly pest control.

Gate opener must be left on the kitchen counter before checkout. A $100 replacement fee will apply if it is not returned.

Early check-in is $30 and subject to availability.

Late check-out without approval will incur a $50 fee, with additional charges for extended delays.

Exterior cameras with audio and video recording are installed outside. There are no cameras inside the home.
